There is not just a hole there, but a HUGE hole that if you tried to fill, would have many, many, many a person throwing money at you when combined with real road and what could be possible. I’m sure that comes down to the dirt not being ready yet (I believe that was something ISI was planning, albeit more rally style?) but even as a tarmac surface where more rubber means less grip, people would go crazy.
Dirt oval mods are hugely popular in rF1, and Real road could really open that up wide open and make you stand out – while a generic NASCAR car I don’t think it would have the same impact. I for one am thrilled to see this.

IMO, ARCA Sim Racing (The Sim Factory) was the best feeling and driving stock car game to date.
